Promotions are open only to individuals who are 18 years or older, or the age of majority where they live if higher, and located where participation is legal. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, promoters, and immediate household members connected to LuckBattle may be excluded from promotions where their participation could affect fairness.
Fun Chips are an entertainment-only virtual currency used to play games. LuckBucks are a separate promotional virtual currency that may be awarded for free through promotions, rewards, giveaways, or other no-purchase methods. Fun Chips and LuckBucks have no cash value, are not money, are not refundable, are not transferable, and cannot be sold. LuckBucks may be eligible for prize redemption only where permitted and after verification.
You can obtain LuckBucks without making any purchase. Purchasing Fun Chips does not improve game odds, promotion odds, challenge odds, giveaway odds, or redemption eligibility. Free methods may include the in-app LuckBucks faucet, promo codes, community giveaways, Discord or Telegram giveaways, rewards, rakeback, and the mail-in Alternate Method of Entry below.
To request LuckBucks by mail without purchase, handwrite your full name, account email, date of birth, state or province, country, and the phrase "LuckBattle AMOE Request" on a postcard. Sign that you are 18 years or older and eligible to participate where you live. Mail one request per outer envelope to:

Requests must be complete, legible, mailed separately, and submitted by the individual account holder. Mechanically reproduced, bulk, automated, or third-party requests may be rejected. Approved requests are credited as promotional LuckBucks after eligibility and account checks.
Game outcomes depend on the rules and random process for the selected game. Promotions, challenges, giveaways, and rakeback may have separate availability, timing, rank, wagering, or eligibility requirements shown in the Service or promotion announcement.
LuckBuck prize redemptions are subject to minimum redemption amounts, identity verification, age and location checks, sanctions screening, tax information where required, holding periods, fraud checks, and processor availability. Redemptions obtained through error, fraud, bots, duplicate accounts, abuse, or rule violations may be rejected, reversed, or forfeited.
Promotional codes, creator offers, affiliate campaigns, invite rewards, community events, and challenges may be limited by time, account, location, rank, game, device, or other published criteria. Promoters with a material connection to LuckBattle must disclose that connection when posting about LuckBattle.
You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and other obligations connected to prizes, redemptions, or promotional rewards you receive.
We may modify, suspend, or end a promotion where needed for security, fairness, operational issues, legal requirements, or abuse prevention. We may disqualify users who violate these rules, the Terms, promotion details, or fair-play requirements.
