This policy explains what cookies and similar storage LuckBattle uses, why we use them, and how you control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
A cookie is a small file a site stores on your device. We also use local storage and session storage, which work the same way for our purposes: they let the site remember something between page loads. Where this policy says "cookies", it means all three.
On your first visit you are shown a cookie notice. Strictly necessary cookies are always on, because the site cannot sign you in, settle a bet, or block fraud without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you switch them on, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, analytics and marketing start switched off and we record that signal with your choice.

Today we run no analytics or advertising technology and set no first-party tracking cookies. The two optional categories exist so that consent is already in place, and correctly recorded, on the day we add one.
Third parties set their own cookies under their own policies: Cloudflare, Intercom, Supabase.
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and stop deposits, withdrawals and gameplay from working.
If we add a cookie or a new category, we update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
