Anti-Money Laundering Policy

LuckBattle operates a free-to-play sweepstakes promotion. Fun Chips are entertainment-only and can never be redeemed; LuckBucks are a promotional currency that may be redeemed for a prize where the law allows it. Money only ever leaves the Service through a LuckBuck prize redemption, and that is the point this policy guards hardest.

We do not accept cash, we do not run a payment service for anyone, and we do not let players transfer value to each other outside the mechanics of the Service. This policy explains the controls we apply so the Service is not used to launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions.

1. Who this applies to

It applies to every account, every purchase of Fun Chips, every crypto deposit, every prize redemption, and every member of our team and any contractor acting for us.

2. Know Your Customer

Accounts start with limited access. Before a prize redemption is paid we may require:

• Government-issued photo identification and proof that you are 18 or older.
• Proof of address and confirmation of the country you are playing from.
• Proof that the payout destination — crypto address, payment app, or bank detail — belongs to you.
• Source-of-funds information where deposit or play patterns warrant it.
• Tax information where the law requires it.

One person, one account. Shared, sold, borrowed, or duplicate accounts are closed and their balances forfeited.

3. Sanctions and prohibited jurisdictions

We screen players and payout destinations against applicable sanctions lists, including OFAC. We do not knowingly deal with sanctioned persons or entities, and we block access from jurisdictions and states where our promotion is not offered. Using a VPN, proxy, or false location details to get around those blocks is a breach of our Terms of Service and voids any resulting prize.

4. Transaction monitoring

Deposits, gameplay, rewards, and redemptions are recorded in a ledger and monitored for patterns that do not fit ordinary play, including:

• Deposits followed by little or no play and a fast redemption request.
• Amounts structured to sit just under a review threshold.
• Many accounts sharing a device, address, payment instrument, or payout destination.
• Chargebacks, reversed payments, or deposits from a third party's payment method.
• Crypto addresses linked to mixers, darknet markets, or known theft.
• Collusion, bot play, or exploitation of a game or promotion.

5. What we do when something is flagged

We may request more information, pause or limit an account, hold a redemption, reverse an incorrect credit, close an account, or refuse a relationship. Where the law requires it we report suspicious activity to the appropriate authority. We are not always permitted to tell you that a report has been made.

6. Crypto deposits

Crypto purchases are processed by third-party payment processors that run their own compliance checks. Funds are returned to the originating address where a purchase must be reversed. We do not exchange one cryptocurrency for another as a service, and we do not send funds to a third party on your behalf.

7. Records

We retain account, verification, transaction, and communication records for at least five years after an account closes, or longer where the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

8. Training and responsibility

Staff who handle accounts, payments, or support are trained to recognise and escalate suspicious activity. Ownership of this policy sits with LuckBattle management, and it is reviewed at least once a year and whenever our products or obligations change.
